Vish Kanya is the second short story collection by Dr. Arvind Arora 'Mukt'. The collection contains 24 stories and 'Vish Kanya' is the thirteenth story in it. The first story 'Kabadi' besides an intimate tale of the life of a Kabadi also seeks the origin of the word Kabadi. The story 'Karva Chouth' depicts deep faith of Hindu women in fasting, even in present age of twenty-first century. 'Chak De Phatte' also enunciates the origin of the words Chak De Phatte coming from ancient History of Mahabharat times. The story Vish Kanya is the story of a women taking revenge of sexual harassment adopting age old of poisoning by Vish Kanya.
